  • This offer is only valid for customers living within the city limits of Estevan, Sk.

  • Free delivery on orders over $35*.

    • A $4 delivery fee will be added to orders that do not reach minimum.​​​​​​​

  • Orders placed any day before 11am (CST), will be processed, and delivered, the same day​​​​.

    • Orders placed after 11am will be processed the next day​.

  • We do one daily delivery run.  Exact delivery times will vary.  ​

  • We prefer no contact delivery (weather permitting).

    • ​​​Customers should provide any drop off instructions (ie. preferred location) in the note section at checkout.  If no instructions are given, we will deem an appropriate place to leave the items. 

    • ​If items are missing, or arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.

Online - Canada 

  • Orders placed on weekdays before 11am (CST) will be processed the same day​​​​.

    • Orders placed after 11am will be processed the next business day​.

  • ​Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be process the next business day.

  • ​Orders will be mailed via Canada Post. 

    • Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.   ​​​

    • ​Shipment via Purolator is available upon request.  Additional shipping fees may apply.

  • Due to high freight costs, we are unable to ship the following items: dog food, cat food, cat litter, cat furniture, crates or kennels.

    •  In the event an 'un-shippable' product is purchased, the item will be removed from the order and the customer will be refunded the purchase price, plus any applicable taxes.  All other items will ship as usual.

  • The following item may be shipped, at the customer's risk; fresh or frozen foods, liquids, fragile or breakable items.

    • Liquids sent during winter months may arrive frozen.  This could affect the performance of the product.​

    • No refunds or exchanges will be given on frozen and/or spoiled product (when caused by shipping environment and/or delivery delays).
